Jeff Sladky – Owner/President

Jeff started with Capital Insurance Agency in 1988. Prior to coming to Capital Insurance, Jeff graduated from Catholic Memorial High School and continued on to graduate from Marquette University. After graduating, he worked at The Equitable Life Insurance Company for 2 years.

Jeff is the President and sole owner of Capital Insurance Agency.

When Jeff is not working, he enjoys spending time with his 3 grown sons, his grandchildren, playing golf, skiing, and watching most sports. He also enjoys traveling and relaxing at the family cabin in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Joe Sladky – Vice President

Joe started with Capital Insurance Agency in February of 2015. Prior to coming to Capital Insurance, he graduated from Marquette University High School and earned his Bachelors degree while playing tennis at UW-Eau Claire. After graduating, he worked at Badger Mutual Insurance for two years. Joe is able to help with any personal insurance needs, including home and auto, as well as your business insurance needs.

When Joe is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Anna, daughter Cecilia, son JT, and our Vice President of Morale, Lleyton. Joe’s hobbies are playing golf, tennis, platform tennis, and skiing. In addition, Joe has enjoyed coaching Marquette High Varsity Tennis since 2014.

Lisa Randazzo Clark – Commercial Lines CSR/Health Insurance CSR

Lisa joined Capital Insurance Agency in November of 2019. She became a licensed agent in August of 2020, and is happy to help with any commercial requests. Prior to working for Capital Insurance, she owned and operated a treasured neighborhood bridal shop in Wauwatosa, followed by assisting as a daytime grandma to her two grandsons.

Outside of the office, she is happiest spending time with her family. She and her husband, Ben, spend most of their free time renovating their 100+ year old house and hanging out with their grandsons. When time allows, they enjoy road trips, antiquing, and trips to Vegas.

Rehan Dhala – Personal Lines Agent/CSR

Rehan started with Capital Insurance Agency in June of 2025. Prior to joining Capital Insurance, he graduated from Marquette University High School and then went to Indiana University – Bloomington where he earned his bachelor’s in business management. After graduating from IU, he decided to pursue his MBA at UW-Milwaukee.

Outside of the office Rehan works as a bartender in Thiensville. In his free time, he likes hanging out with his friends and family. His hobbies are playing tennis, golf, snowboarding, and going back to Bloomington for the occasional football or basketball game.
